Everybody loves Gill, my deckhand. He is knowledgable, friendly, courteous, great with kids and is all about fun and fishing. (Fish cleaning is .30 per whole pound. Fish cleaning on shorter trips approx $30 and full day approx $90)6 hour red snapper fishing trips with the opening of red snapper season in Federal waters just off the Alabama Gulf Coast. Beginning June 1st through August 5th. This will be some awesome fishing for kids, the family or you serious anglers that are looking for a half day charter. We are seeing red snapper everywhere. Weekdays 5th afternoon, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th morning, 15th afternoon, 17th, 18th, 19th morning, 20th, 21st afternoon, 24th, 25th afternoon, 26th and 30th. July forward : Good availability Tournament dates : June 15th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, morning of 23rd and 26th. Come participate in the Saltwater Series Tournament from April 4th through May 26th. Tickets only $10 per angler and includes up to 11 species of fish. Grouper, amberjack, king mackerel, wahoo, vermillion snapper, triggerfish and much more. Need 1 person to join a group of 5 people for a 12 hour trip on May 17th. Cost $283 plus tip & fish cleaning.I am also looking for 2 - 3 anglers for a deep drop fishing trip in May. We will be fishing 300 - 800 feet of water with light weight electric reels. The date is flexible. The cost is $290 per person plus 15-20% tip to the deckhand. Fish cleaning is .30 per whole pound. Booking InformationThe 1st mate will be by your side to assist you throughout the day. Suggested minimum gratuity for our Deck Hand is 15%-20%. Fish cleaning is $0.30 per whole lb. Rates are by charter, not by person. We can accept up to six passengers total per charter on the Getaway. You can reserve your charter with a credit card # and pay on the day of the charter by cash, check or credit card. If you reserve your trip by a check, then a 50% deposit is required and can be mailed to : Getaway Charters P.O. Box 976 Orange Beach, Al 36561. I accept all major credit cards. However, checks and cash are always appreciated. Fishing trips cancelled due to weather will be rescheduled if possible or you will receive a total refund. We accept cancellation 21 days in advance with full refund. Your 50% deposit will not be refunded if you do not cancel prior to 21 days from date of fishing trip. No fishing license is required. We furnish all bait and tackle. What to bring? Food, snacks, drinks, small cooler with ice, camera and suncreen.

26619 Perdido Beach Blvd Orange Beach, Al 36561 Directions to the Getaway | | | From I-10 between Mobile and Pensacola : Take the Loxley exit, Hwy 59 South, to the Foley Beach Express (toll road) to Hwy 180, go east (left) to Hwy 161, go south (right) to Hwy 182, go east (left). Zeke's Landing is 1 mile on the left. From Gulf Shores: Take Hwy 182 East. Zeke's is 1 mile past Hwy 161 on the left. From Pensacola, Florida: Take Gulf Beach Hwy (Perdido Key Dr.) west to Hwy 182 (changes at AL/FL state line), cross Perdido Pass Bridge, Zeke's Landing is 1 mile on the right. At the marina : Walk down the dock and to the left toward the dock store (big red snapper on top of building). Walk past the dock store and to the end of dock. The Getaway is located on the left. |
