Red snapper will not be included in the tournament in 2008 since the season is not expected to open until June 1st. However, this almost 2 month long tournament will include 11 species of fish. This is great for the Getaway since we specialize in fishing for variety. We are excited. (The Orange Beach Red Snapper World Championship tournament in 2007 was a great event and the 2008 red snapper tournament will begin June 1st through August 5th.)
